About the event

Fascia is the connective tissue that holds our bodies together and is often the source of pain. When we’re stressed, it tightens; when we relax, it becomes fluid and functional. Think of it as the web that connects chicken skin to chicken breast—when hydrated, it allows smooth movement; otherwise, it can create knots and adhesions. Fascia surrounds our bones, muscles, and organs, holding not just physical tension, but also trauma, stress, and emotions.

In addition, we'll discuss how to cultivate a healing environment by reducing toxins in your water, air, soap, clothing, food, and more. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to enhance performance, seeking pain relief, or simply curious about body mechanics, this workshop has something for everyone.
